Who We Are

Dear IT Company CEO, CFO or CIO:

Unemployment remains high, yet in recent months and years, it has become harder and harder to find experienced IT talent. As the need for qualified IT workers grows, many companies have had to reach overseas to meet their human resources needs. We think it’s safe to say that we business owners prefer to employ America’s young people rather than outsourcing. However, the average IT program graduates do not receive the experience they need to qualify for network engineering positions.

Through Midwest Technology Learning Center, we hope to fill that gap. Our goal is to provide hands-on training that prepares and qualifies tech school graduates for IT jobs in America.

We founded this 501c3 nonprofit organization to help local and regional tech school graduates qualify for and land networking jobs. We train individuals not only to perform the IT work that is in demand, and we also show them how to be effective communicators—a key soft skill they need to begin and succeed in an IT career.

Let’s do it—let’s help America’s workforce thrive and help the IT industry stay ahead of the curve. Please consider supporting MTLC with a donation. Together, we can make great things happen.

Sincerely,

MTLC Management Team
